Request a Voluntary Return for a Refund or an Exchange for a Different Item or Size

For addarug.com to accept the rug as a voluntary return for a refund, each of the following conditions must be true.

	I have read and understand the Returns Policy for making a return to addarug.com.
	The rug is in new condition without damage.
	There is no dirt, lint, pet hair or other pet damage to the rug.
	I understand that if I am requesting a voluntary return for a refund for approved returns that the following dates apply (even if I was out of town at the time of delivery):
If the item was delivered 3 or fewer days ago, there will be no restocking fee If the item was delivered between 4 and 14 days ago, there will be a 25% restocking fee After 14 days from delivery, no requests for voluntary returns for a refund are accepted. Any item that is refused or returned without the return authorization number listed will incur a 25% restocking fee.

• If the item was damaged by UPS, please do not open it. Please call us at 888-843-8282. If it is already opened, please do not dispose of the plastic.
