1/4-Inch Thick Thick Cushioning Rug Pad PVC For rugs on hard surfaces, our thick rug pad is the ultimate non-slip rug cushion. Made of polyester scrim coated with PVC, it's designed for hardwood floors and most tile floors. At approximately 1/4-inch thick, it provides the benefit of added safety in your home by keeping your area rugs in place on hard surfaces. It is not suitable for laminate wood or Mexican saltillo tile floors. It comes with a 15-year manufacturer's warranty not to stain or discolor your floors or your rugs. This rug pad protects your rug and your floor, extending both their beauty and their life, while providing additional comfort underfoot. Because it keeps your rug smooth to the surface, vacuuming is also easier. It can be easily trimmed with scissors to fit any rug size.
Each pad is one to two inches smaller than the size listed next to its price. This allows the edge of your rug to cover the pad so that you don't see it from the side. For an exact size chart, see the bottom of this page. Shipments are available only within the USA.

a rug pad will not make it lie flat or stop it from bunching up.
